RedLightRecoveryMat.com earns commission through the Amazon Associates programme and through direct or network affiliate programmes with a small number of the brands featured here. As of August 2026 those direct programmes are Hooga (through GoAffPro) and Vellgus (through the Awin network). We may join programmes with other brands on this site as they become available.

We deliberately do not publish a list of brands we have applied to but not been accepted by, because such a list is out of date the moment an email arrives. What we will tell you is the part that costs us something: we earn nothing at all on our number one pick. The Mito MitoPOD is not sold on Amazon and Mito has no affiliate programme we belong to, so our link to it is a plain link to their site that pays us zero. We could point that button at a Mito panel on Amazon and collect a commission, but a panel is not the product we ranked first, and sending you to a different device to earn three percent is the exact trade this site exists to not make. It stays ranked first, earning nothing, until that changes. Vellgus pays us a higher rate than Hooga does, and on our mat vs panel page we say so in the same paragraph where we recommend the Hooga panel over the cheaper Vellgus one.

What that means in practice: when you click a "check price" link or product link on this site and make a purchase, the brand pays us a commission. You pay the same price either way. The commission never adds to your cost.

What it does not mean: brands do not pay for placement, do not review our content before publication, and cannot buy a better ranking. Our recommendations regularly point to lower-priced products that pay us less, because the only durable asset a review site has is being right.

In accordance with the FTC's endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose this relationship on every page that contains affiliate links.
